APPARATUS FOR PREPARING SUPER ABSORBENT POLYMER AND PREPARATION METHOD OF SUPER ABSORBENT POLYMER USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing highly absorbent resin and a method for manufacturing highly absorbent resin using the same are provided to effectively eliminate remaining moisture by increasing the surface area of polymer. CONSTITUTION: Two or more rotary shafts(1) is prepared. A belt(2) is installed between the rotary shafts and moves to constant direction based on the rotation of the rotary shafts. Lateral side protrusions(6) are arranged at both sides of the belt at 30 to 70 degrees angle of the horizontal bottom side of the belt. A supplying part(3) injects monomer compositions to the horizontal bottom side of the belt. An irradiating part(4) irradiates heat or light to the injected monomer compositions. A moisture containing gel phase-polymer discharging part(5) is further prepared.
