PURPOSE: A method for preparing complex functional sap for antibacterial/antiaging/whitening is provided to enable mass production and distribution. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing cosmetic complex functional sap comprises: a step of collecting intestines from cuttlefishes and washing the intestines with electrolyzed alkali water; a step of drying the intestines and isolating organic materials; a step of removing foreign materials and isolating by gas chromatography to obtain selenium; and a step of mixing 0.1 weight% of selenium, 92.9-94.9 weight% of deep seawater, and 5.0-7.0 weight% of natural herb extract and stirring.
