PURPOSE: A storm drain apparatus of a building is provided to construct a rain container and a raindrops guide member by increasing the structure stability of the rain container. CONSTITUTION: A storm drain apparatus of a building comprises a rain container(10) and a raindrops guide member(30). The rain container is installed at the eaves(2) of a roof. The rain container collects the rainwater falling from the ridge of a roof. The raindrops guide member is installed on a wall(4) in order to drain the water of the rain container to the surface.
