PURPOSE: A window frame type vertical heat-exchange ventilation system is provided to improve heat exchange effect by increasing the heat exchange area and to reduce the installation cost by accommodating a heat exchange module and attachments inside a window frame. CONSTITUTION: A window frame type vertical heat-exchange ventilation system comprises a horizontal frame(200), a vertical frame(100), a vertical heat exchange module, and air channel fan boxes(210a,210b). The horizontal frame comprises an indoor air suction hole(201), an indoor air discharge hole(202), an outdoor air suction hole(204), and an outdoor air discharge hole(205). The vertical frame comprises vertical frame air holes(100a,100b) to allow indoor air and outdoor air to be heat-exchanged through the horizontal frame. The vertical heat exchange module is installed inside the vertical frame to heat-exchange indoor air and outdoor air. The air channel fan boxes comprise a socket, an indoor air exhaust fan(211a), and an outdoor air suction fan(211b).
