PURPOSE: An airbag with a vent hole is provided to improve durability by attaching reinforcing panels on panels having vent holes. CONSTITUTION: An airbag(A1) having a vent hole comprises first and second panels(1,2), a reinforcing panel(3), and a sewed part(5). First and second grooves(11,21) are formed on the edges of the first and second panels touching each other. An inflator is installed in coupling units(4) of the first and second panels. A through hole(30) corresponding to the first and second grooves is formed on the reinforcing panel. The reinforcing panel is attached on the inner surfaces of the first and second panels. The sewed part is formed by sewing the edges of the first and second panels.
