PURPOSE: A syringe having a blocking prevention function is provided to reduce the whole surgical operation cost. CONSTITUTION: A syringe having a blocking prevention function comprises: a syringe body(110) which is formed of a receiving space and is formed in a cylinder shape; a piston which is inserted into the rear of the syringe body and moves forward and backward in order to inhale or discharge injection solution; and a joint(120) which is arranged in the front of the syringe body and in which a syringe needle is combined and a guide path is prepared. The joint includes a first member(130) in which a first hole is formed and a second member(140) in which a second hole is formed.
