PURPOSE: A pre-stressed concrete member using a spiral deformed steel bar having a bulb for reinforcing coupling force, a connecting structure thereof, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize material loss. CONSTITUTION: A pre-stressed concrete member using a spiral deformed steel bar having a bulb for reinforcing coupling force is manufactured as follows. Spiral deformed steel bars(10) in which tensile force is applied are arranged. Concrete is placed on the arranged steel bars and is cured. A bulb is formed in the end of each deformed steel bar, and a spiral groove is formed on the surface thereof. When the steel bars are released, prestress is applied to the cured concrete.
