PURPOSE: A drying machine for an umbrella is provided to remove water from an umbrella using multiple brushes and to dry the umbrella using air. CONSTITUTION: A drying machine for an umbrella comprises a case, sensors(200), a motor, a pair of first vertical shafts(400), a pair of second vertical shafts(450), multiple pairs of conveyor belts(500,550), first and second rubber belts(600,650), first and second brushes(700,750), and a compressor. The case comprises an umbrella receiving space, vent holes, and a guide plate. The sensors sense water on an umbrella. The motor is powered depending on the sensed signal and generates power. The second vertical shafts are rotated in the same direction as the first vertical shafts. The first and second conveyor belts circulate when the first and second vertical shafts are rotated. The umbrella is inserted between the first conveyor belt and the first rubber belt and between the second conveyor belt and the second rubber belt. The first and second brushes are rotated when the first conveyor belt is rotated to remove water from the umbrella. The compressor supplies air to the umbrella receiving space through the vent holes.
