PURPOSE: A PCB mounting method is provided to arrange components mounted on a PCB and make a ground pattern, thereby conveniently assembling the PCB. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of lead insertion grooves is formed on an aluminum base plate. A lead(13) is inserted into a lead insertion groove. A PCB(Printed Circuit Board) pressurizes a protruded lead and compresses the top of a base plate(12) by a press. The PCB fixes an upper cover(11) to the aluminum base plate using a plurality of fixing members. The PCB fuses the aluminum base plate.
