<p>The combustion chamber (1), fitted with an ignition chamber (3) and having a series of outlets (7, 7a), is made in the form of a barrel with greater wall thickness in the outlet and ignition chamber fixing zones. The outer and/or inner diameter of the combustion chamber is elliptical in section, giving greater wall thicknesses in the appropriate zones, and it can be made from a cold-stamped solid blank or be extruded, with the ignition chamber attached preferably by electric discharge welding.</p> |
