PURPOSE: A fish way block is provided to enable fish to freely move to rivers and streams since the leaving from a moving path of fish is prevented and a small size of fish can also make move to the upper region freely. CONSTITUTION: A fish way block comprises a freshwater unit(10), a leaving preventing unit(20), a small-fish moving unit(30), and a water blocking wall(30'). The freshwater unit comprises a bottom wall, a sidewall(15), and a water storing space(11). The sidewall is formed around the bottom wall. The water storing space is formed in the sidewall. The leaving preventing unit is formed on the upper ends of both sidewalls of the water storing space. The leaving preventing unit is extended upwardly from the upper ends of both sidewalls of the front of the freshwater unit. The small-fish moving unit is formed upwardly from the bottom of the water storing space.
