PURPOSE: A car direction indicator blinking signal is provided to improve the driving concentration of a driver by transmitting a flickering signal to the directional light automatically while maintaining the directional light manually. CONSTITUTION: A mode converter(1) decides a point of time for the automatic mode conversion to drive a corresponding circuit. A direction decision unit(2) automatically senses a turning direction of a vehicle with the internal circuit after the automatic mode-changing. A signal output unit(3) corresponds to the turning direction detected in the direction decision part.
