PURPOSE: A container including a gas exhausting device for maintaining the freshness of kimchi including lentinus edodes is provided to smoothly exhaust gas generated from a container main body to the outside for maintaining the flavor of the kimchi. CONSTITUTION: A container including a gas exhausting device for maintaining the freshness of kimchi including lentinus edodes comprises a container body, an elastic pipe, a stopper(40), and an elastic opening/closing unit(50). The container body is filled with the kimchi including the lentinus edodes, and includes an inlet(21) with a screw unit protruded from the outer circumference. The elastic pipe is fitted to the inlet by force, and includes an operation hole penetrating the elastic pipe for installing a guiding pipe. The stopper is coupled to the inlet, and includes a discharging hole(41). The elastic opening/closing unit opens and closes the guiding pipe, and is formed with an elastic spring(51) and a shield(52).
