PURPOSE: A power control method, reception confirmation information creation method, and apparatus thereof are provided to determine reception confirmation information bit numbers by multiplexing data information bits in a data channel. CONSTITUTION: A power control apparatus receives data TB(Transport Blocks) through cells and a bundling window. The power control apparatus determines DL SA(DownLink Scheduling Assignments) sensed from DL DAI(DownLink Assignment Index) IE(Information Element). The DL SA is transmitted by a base station to UE(User Equipment). The power control apparatus transmits a reception confirmation signal including power acquired from Nreceived+NmissedDLSA+NmissedDLSA2 values.
