PURPOSE: An energy management apparatus and system thereof are provided to reduce a cost according to the use of an electric device and to control power supply of an electric device. CONSTITUTION: A power receiving unit(111) applies power from the outside. A power supply unit(112) applies the power to an electric device through the power receiving unit. A communication unit(113) transmits and receives a control parameter for controlling the drive of the electric device. A controller(114) controls the power to the electric device based on the control parameter.
