摘要 PURPOSE: An LED module automatic optical measurement system is provided to improve the productivity and reduce the manufacturing costs by automating the entire test process from the input of the LED module carrier to a measurement standby, an optical measurement and exhaustion. CONSTITUTION: An LED module automatic optical measurement system comprises an input portion(10), first and second measurement standby portions(20, 30), first and second measuring units(40, 50), a discharging portion(60) and a controller. The input portion automatically throws a LED module carrier through a rotating input conveyer(11) and transfers the inputted LED module carrier to the left side or the right side. The first and second measurement standby portions are dually included in the left side and right side of the input portion. The first and second measuring units are dually included in the each upper of the first and second measurement standby portions. The discharging portion moves the LED module carrier finished of measurement through the first and second measuring units to the right side or the left side and is automatically discharged through a discharging conveyor.
