#CMT# #/CMT# The device has an extraction vein (15) extracting air from a closed construction. An insufflation vein (17) permits insufflation of air in the closed construction. A heat exchanger (19) i.e. air/fluid exchanger, is arranged between the extraction vein and the insufflation vein. A heat pump comprises evaporators (20, 21), a condenser (23) and a compressor (22). The evaporators and the condenser are arranged in the extraction vein and the insufflation vein. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Device for treating air in a closed construction. The device has multi-purpose functions such as ventilation, heating, and dehumidification functions. The device ensures double flow ventilation, so as to reduce thermal losses due to renewal of air in the closed construction, thus decreasing the power consumption necessary for heating.
