PURPOSE: A ladder lifting device for a ship is provided to resolve inconvenience due to installation and removal of a ladder used in a process of manufacturing blocks in a shipyard since the ladder can move in a state of being fixed to a block. CONSTITUTION: A ladder lifting device for a ship comprises a block fixing clamp(2), a tilt bracket(3), a support(4), a rotary shaft(5), a pair of first support brackets(6), a pair of second support brackets(7), a main shock absorber(8), a secondary shock absorber(9), and a ladder fixing clamp(10). The block fixing clamp is fixed to a ship block(20). The tilt bracket is installed on the front middle part of the block fixing clamp at the same angle to a tilt angle when a ladder makes contact with the ground surface. The support is integrally formed on the lower part of the tilt bracket to make contact with the width direction of the ladder.
