PURPOSE: A time driven mesh overlay network system and a method for constructing a time driven mesh overlay network using the same are provided to receive primarily receive data from a plurality of nodes which is located near. The plurality of nodes forms the mesh overlay network based on the connected time according to the order of the video viewing starting time.
