PURPOSE: A producing method of a printing plate, a pattern formation method using thereof, and a manufacturing method of a liquid crystal display using thereof are provided to use metallic oxide having excellent coherence with a substrate as a material for producing a first mask pattern. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a printing plate comprises the following steps: forming a mask pattern on a substrate(100a); etching the fixed region on the substrate using the mask pattern as a mask; and removing the mask pattern from the substrate. The mask pattern formation process includes a step of forming a first mask pattern(210) formed with metallic oxide on the substrate, and a step of forming a second mask pattern(220) formed with metal on the upper side of the first mask pattern. |
