PURPOSE: A flexible tube hula hoop is provided to enhance the use convenience thereof by simply spreading the hula hoop. CONSTITUTION: A flexible tube hula hoop comprises a body(110) and a fixing unit. The body is expanded in the longitudinal direction. The fixing unit detachably fixes one end and the other end of the body in order to maintain the ring shape of the body. The body is formed in the form of a bellows. A bead emitting light or making a sound is equipped in the body. In the body, a stopper for preventing the separation of the bead is equipped. The fixing unit comprises a bonding projection and a bonding groove.
