PURPOSE: An energy generation method and a device thereof using gravity is provided to prevent environmental pollution and produce electricity unlimitedly regardless of a place because an energy source to operate a power generator is generated through gravity and magnetic force. CONSTITUTION: An energy generation method and a device thereof using gravity comprises a magnetic material (11), a rotary shaft(12) and a second magnetic material(14). The first magnetic material moves around the rotary shaft in the gravity direction. The second magnetic material uses the repulsive power on the movement of the first magnetic material. The energy generation device generates the energy by using a rotary motion, transferring objet permanently because the second magnetic material delivers the energy in a non-gravity direction. The magnetic material comprises a permanent magnet and an electromagnet.
