PURPOSE: A feed additive containing Bacillus subtilis CJ 1021 for fishes is provided to produce fishes with accumulated mineral. CONSTITUTION: A feed additive for fishes contains Bacillus subtilis CJ 1021(deposit number: KCTC 11547BP) as an active ingredient with high germanium accumulation ability. The Bacillus subtilis CJ 1021 includes fungi body of the strain, concentrate, culture liquid, or dried material thereof. The Bacillus subtilis CJ 1021 is prepared by inoculating a strain into a medium containing organic germanium and culturing. The germanium is accumulated in fish muscle. A feed for fish contains 0.1-1.0% of feed additive.
