PURPOSE: A light emitting device array and a backlight unit and a display device having the same are provided to improve luminous efficiency by increasing the quantity of light reflected to an exit surface by including a third reflecting layer in an inner wall of a cavity. CONSTITUTION: A metal layer(120) is formed on a substrate(110). A cavity formation member(150) is formed on the substrate into a constant height. A plurality of light emitting devices(140) electrically connected to the metal layer is mounted within the cavity. A second reflecting layer(161) is formed on the cavity formation member. A mold material(170) is charged in the cavity to cover the light emitting device. |
