PURPOSE: A reservation and contact acting service system and method thereof are provided to transmit gathering information to plural member stores located in the location of a user through a gathering management apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A service request processing unit(210) inputs information related to a gathering from a user terminal. The service request processing unit determines member stores based on the information related to the gathering. A database(240) stores and manages member store information. The database stores gathering reservation information. A reservation service unit(220) reserves the gathering in the determined member store. |
