PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a functional blanket is provided to supply component profitable to the human body by adding vitamin ingredients to the blanket. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a functional blanket is as follows. Polyester fabric is polished 1 to 10 times at 90-180 deg.C. Polyester coloring dye, thickening agent, and surfactant are mixed with each other. Letters, phrases, or colors are printed on the polyester fabric. The mixture is sprayed to the polyester fiber after removing moisture from the fiber and is dried at 120-180 deg.C. The mixture includes polyurethane resin 0.1-10.0 weight%, fatty acid softer 0.1-10 weight%, permeating agent 0.05-0.15 weight%, warming agent 0.1-10 weight%, and water. |
