PURPOSE: A business expense withdrawal management system and method thereof are provided to manage a withdrawal history according to items by storing account information. CONSTITUTION: A predicted withdrawal table(100) stores a predicted withdrawal history by a period and items about business expenses. A validity investigation unit(110) extracts predicted withdrawal content corresponding to a withdrawal request from the predicted withdrawal table. The validity examination unit compares the predicted withdrawal history with the history of the withdrawal request. A loan contract table(120) performs withdrawal according to a withdrawal request letter. An item accumulation table(130) accumulates the withdrawal history according to items. |
