<p>The method involves designing a digital model of a three-dimensional (3D) structural element (1) as a stack of structural parts (2) having variable thicknesses and shapes. The structural parts made of separate material are formed, where each structural part is set corresponding to a part of digital model, and shape and thickness of each structural part of digital model are set corresponding to the stack. The structural parts formed on a support are assembled to form the 3D structural element, where the support is extended to a part of the structural element. The structural parts are made of two different materials, which are selected from plastics, metal material, paper, paperboard, resin or wood. An independent claim is also included for a structural element comprising an assembly of structural parts.</p> |
