PURPOSE: A display device and a graphic image supplying method applied to the same are provided to buffer a graphic image in an interlace type and to update a mixing target graphic image. CONSTITUTION: A video processing unit(150) processes an input video image. A graphic image processing unit(200) updates or generates a plurality of graphic images. A mixer(153) mixes the video image and the graphic image. A video outputting unit(156) outputs the mixed video.
