PURPOSE: An apparatus for winding a sheet-type adhesive film is provided to reduce film loss caused by cutting an adhesive film to a sheet type and to reduce packing costs. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for winding a sheet-type adhesive film includes a raw film supply part, a laminating part, a cutting blade part, a movable roller, a separating part, a core(34), a touch part(36), and a rewinding part. The laminating part supports the top or the bottom surface of a raw film supplied from the raw film supply part and laminates during transfer of the raw film. The cutting blade part cuts an adhesive film. The movable roller controls moving speed of the raw film by signal of a control part. The separating part induces separation of a sheet-type adhesive film(4S) cut from a release paper(28). The core is installed between the movable roller and the separating part and winds up the sheet-type adhesive film separated from the release paper. The touch part allows the cut sheet-type adhesive film to separate from the release paper.
