An amphibian bicycle is provided to reinforce the feasibility of a bicycle by completely excluding a complex structure thereof added to drive a propeller. An amphibian bicycle includes a conventional bicycle, a plurality of floating bodies(130), and a set of webfoot(140). The bicycle includes a front wheel, a pedal, and a rear wheel(104) chained to the pedal to transmit power. The floating bodies are provided to float the bicycle on the water. The webfoot is detachably mounted to the outer peripheral surface of the rear wheel to show a propelling force when the rear wheel is rotated. The floating body includes a front floating body and a rear floating body. The front floating body is foldably provided on both sides of the front wheel. The rear floating body is provided on both sides of the rear wheel. The webfoot includes a plurality of unit webfoot partially surrounding the outer peripheral surface of the rear wheel.
