The system has a pair of masses (1, 1') synchronously rotated in opposite direction. The masses are connected to motors (2, 2') through rigid arms (3, 3') that are attached to the vehicle through intermediate oscillating support units (5, 5'). A return spring (7) and a generator (9) are connected between the support units to reuse kinetic energy of the rotating masses, where the number of revolutions of decelerating masses provides difference in proportion of centrifugal forces applied to a vehicle (4) that is driven in a desired direction.
