PURPOSE: A suspension and a wheel load adjusting method using the same are provided to simplify the wheel load adjusting by inserting a liner without the separation of a suspension and a car body. CONSTITUTION: A suspension and a wheel load adjusting method using the same comprise a lower supporter(310), a rubber spring(320), a coil spring and an upper supporter(360). The lower supporter is installed in an axle housing(200) and comprises a protrusion. The protrusion is projected upward to the inside of the coil spring. The rubber spring is installed on the top of the lower supporter. The rubber spring supports the lower part of the coil spring. The upper supporter is separably coupled in the upper part of a bogie frame.
