PURPOSE: A compound containing a 5-membered hetero cycle and organic electric device using the same are provided to use in hole injection material, hole transport material, light emitting material and electron transport material. CONSTITUTION: A compound containing a 5-membered hetero cycle is denoted by chemical formula. An organic electric device contains an organic layer having the compound of chemical formula. The organic layer is formed by soluble process. The organic layer is hole injection layer, hole transport layer, light emitting layer, electron transport layer or electron injection layer. A terminal comprises a display device having the organic electric device and a controller driving the display device.
