<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graphite nano-ribbon excellent in uniformity of width and thickness; and to provide a method for manufacturing such a graphite nano-ribbon in a mass production. <P>SOLUTION: The graphite nano-ribbon is a belt-shape graphite, wherein the ratio of the smallest width to the largest width is 0.8 to 1, and the ratio of the smallest thickness to the largest thickness is 0.85 to 1. Preferably, the largest width has an average value in the range of 5 nm to 200 nm and in a coefficient of variation of ≤0.3, and the largest thickness has an average value in the range of ≤25 nm and in a coefficient of variation of ≤0.2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
