<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque driver capable of setting an optional torque value without using an encoder. <P>SOLUTION: The torque driver includes a driver body, a bit for fastening a screw, an energizing means for energizing so as to combine the driver body with the bit, a clutch mechanism which combines the driver body with the bit by an energizing force of the energizing means when the torque value applied to the bit is equal to or below a predetermined torque and releases the combination of the driver body with the bit against the energizing force of the energizing means to idle the driver body and the bit when a torque value applied to the bit exceeds a predetermined torque, a torque adjusting means for setting a predetermined torque value by displacing the energizing force of the energizing means, a variable resistor which changes a resistance value in conjunction with a deformation of the energizing force of the energizing means by the torque adjusting means, a detection means for detecting the idling of the driver body and the bit by the clutch mechanism, and a transmission means for transmitting the resistance value of the variable resistor and the detection result of the detection means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
