<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve strength of an entire OLED by proposing a new fixing method for a LED panel. <P>SOLUTION: An OLED element is formed on a substrate, and a sealing substrate whose substrate is sealed with the sealing substrate is fixed to a bottom metallic frame through a sheet with elasticity, so that structural reliability, such as shock resistance and torsion yield strength, is secured.
