The present invention relates to a lumbar-support assembly. One embodiment of the present invention takes the form of a lumbar-support assembly which is provided on a seat back frame inside a vehicle seat, and the lumbar-support assembly comprises: a securing wire which is provided on the seat back frame; a support member of which the upper end is rotatably provided on the securing wire and which supports the back area of a vehicle occupant; and a raising-and-lowering means which is provided on the securing wire and raises and lowers the bottom end of the support member towards the back area of the vehicle occupant. When the support member is raised by the raising-and-lowering means, both side surfaces of the support member are bent so as to wrap around the back area of the vehicle occupant. |
