When the shim (704, 850) is in a first condition, the first opening (802, 882) provides a first level of coolant communication to the cutting insert (150). When the shim (704, 850) is in a second condition, the second opening (818, 882, 894, 896) provides a second level of coolant communication to the cutting insert (150).
