<p>A pliable tubular container without liquid dropping includes a container body (1), a cover body (4) and a dauber (3). A hard plastic head (2) with a 15-30mm length is molded and fused with the front end of the container body (1) via injection technique. The dauber (3) is hemispherical with a dispensing hole (31) at the end thereof. The dauber (3) is molded and fused to a ladder shaped front end of the hard plastic head (2) through thermoplastic elastomer with Shore A hardness of 30-55. A concave spherical surface (41) is provided in the center of the inner top wall of the cover body (4), and contacts with the hemispherical dauber (3) after the engagement of the cover body (4) and the hard plastic head (2). The pliable tubular container is simple to manufacture, inexpensive and can be applied directly to physical skin. It can avoid the accidental leakage of the content and the dropping of the extruded material. The cover body can be firmly engaged with the head of the pliable tube, without falling or teeth sliding.</p> |
