PURPOSE: A wall structure of a prefabricated building is provided to prevent a sheet from being separated from a wall frame even if the sheet is pulled by external force. CONSTITUTION: A wall structure of a prefabricated building comprises a frame(311) and a guide member(313). The frame comprises first and second skeletons. One side of the first skeleton is opened, and the other side has a guide protrusion. The second skeleton is extended from the end of the first wall structure of a prefabricated building. One side of the guide member has a guide groove, and the other side has fixing grooves(3132,3133). The guide groove corresponds to the guide protrusion. Sheets are inserted into the fixing grooves.
