<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a barrier laminate having excellent adhesiveness between an organic layer and an inorganic layer. <P>SOLUTION: The barrier laminate has an organic layer 3 and an inorganic layer 4 formed on the surface of the organic layer, and the organic layer is formed by hardening a polymerizable composition containing a polymerizable compound having a phosphoric ester group by irradiation with UV rays in an amount of UV-ray irradiation of 10-250 mj/cm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>with a concentration of oxygen on irradiation with UV rays of ≤50 ppm.
