<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angular velocity sensor capable of highly accurately detecting an angular velocity. <P>SOLUTION: The angular velocity sensor includes: a sensor element for outputting sensor currents based on an angular velocity; a chopper circuit for detecting all the sensor currents by chopping to output chopper currents; a constant current addition-subtraction circuit for adding or subtracting the chopper currents or a constant current to output an addition or subtraction current based on a latch voltage so as to set the first output voltage and the second output voltage of an integrator to 0 bolt; the integrator for integrating charges based on the addition or subtraction current by a differential to output the first output voltage and the second output voltage; a comparator for comparing the first output voltage with the second output voltage to output an output voltage; and a latch for latching the output voltage of the comparator based on a clock signal to output the latch voltage.
