<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency switch circuit that can implement a high performance switching operation at a low power consumption and low cost without using any power sources other than a control voltage. <P>SOLUTION: The high frequency switch circuit includes: first and second rectifier circuits 12, 22 each including at least one rectifier element D11, D12, D21, D22 which are connected at one end between gate terminals of first and second MOSFET circuits 11, 21 and first and second control terminals CT1, CT2 and connected at the other end to ground GND, so that directions from the first and second control terminals CT1, CT2 to the ground GND are forward directions; and a connection section 3 connected with a forward current input terminal side of at least one rectifier element of each of the first and second rectifier circuits 12, 22 and a main terminal side of either of the first and second MOSFET circuits 11, 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
