<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample introduction apparatus capable of performing dilution or minute amount of injection to a sample on a preliminary step of introducing the sample to an injection port of a liquid chromatograph. <P>SOLUTION: The sample introduction apparatus includes a first sample loop 16 for holding a sample from an online sample introduction passage 2b, a second sample loop 22, a first pump 8, a second pump 18, a first passage switching valve 14, and a second passage switching valve 20. The first passage switching valve 14 can switch a passage between a position for connecting the first sample loop 16 between the online sample introduction passage 2b and the first pump 8 and a position for connecting the first sample loop 16 between the second pump 18 and a sample carrying passage 4b. The second passage switching valve 20 can switch a passage between a position for connecting the second sample loop 22 between the sample carrying passage 4b and a discharge passage 38 and a position for connecting the second sample loop 22 between an analyzing mobile phase supply passage 6a and an analysis passage 6b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
