PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spherical surface stepping motor that can certainly make a rotor statically determinate and has an excellent T-θ characteristic.
SOLUTION: In considering rotation around a prescribed axis, a rotor magnetic pole and a stator magnetic pole are allocated so that the rotor magnetic pole and the stator magnetic pole confront each other. For example, a spherical surface stepping motor has a structure in which rotor magnets allocated on a rotor 151 are allocated on the eight positions of the apexes of a virtual regular hexahedron so that polarity of the magnet on each of the apexes is inverted alternately and, on the other hand, a magnetic pole in the stator 152 side is allocated on the position of each apex of a virtual truncated hexahedron. Thereby, an action as a stepping motor around a certain axis is made to be possible because the above relation is satisfied on the axis by four rotor magnetic poles and the stator magnetic poles which are allocated on respective apices of a regular octagon.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
