<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an object-to-be-conveyed from falling from a carrier vehicle, and to achieve an efficient conveyance of the object-to-be-conveyed. <P>SOLUTION: A fall prevention fence 600 is provided along a track on the lower side of the carrier vehicle 200 for conveying the object-to-be-conveyed 400 by traveling on the track 100 laid on a ceiling. The fall prevention fence comprises a longitudinal member which is provided in such a manner as to be elongated in a direction along the track, and a traverse member which is provided in such a manner as to be elongated in a direction of crossing the track and connected to the longitudinal member.
