A method for producing of dietary supplements comprises the grinding of bentonite, purification from coarse particles and pollutants, and its conversation into alkaline form by treating with carbonic alkali metal salt, operations for preparation of suspensions of bentonite and its fractional centrifugation to produce highly purified bentonite gel containing solids of 5-6%. Alkali metal carbonate is used in dry form in the amount of 2.0-2.5% of starting raw material weight. The transfer of bentonite into alkaline form is carried out at temperature of 75 ° C for 10-20 minutes. The purification of gel bentonite from mechanical impurities and large particles is carried out by double filtration method. The fractionation is carried out at high speed centrifugation.
