FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Surgical cutting and fixing apparatus contains end effector with movable cutting instrument, unit of main leading shaft for bringing into motion cutting instrument and handle. Handle is connected with unit of main leading shaft and can contain section of handle of gun type, closing lever and separate lever for sewing. Bringing closing lever backwards to section of gun-type handle makes end effector clamp object in end effector. Bringing sewing lever backwards to section of gun-type handle results in bringing unit of main leading shaft into motion. Apparatus has unit of closing lever fixation for fixation of closing lever to section of gun-type handle, when closing lever is brought backwards. ^ EFFECT: surgical cutting and fixing apparatus with drive from engine provides user with feedback on position, effort and/or actuation of end effector. ^ 13 cl, 42 dwg |
