FIELD: electricity. ^ SUBSTANCE: controller has option of connection to process devices interacting in their turn with primary devices intended for first area. Distributing controller has standard description of first area network readable by device and identification mark of length of network section that is not connected to first area anymore in result of change in network configuration. Besides, distributing controller can transmit description of a separate section to the second distributing controller which controls the second area or adjoining area of power distribution to which network section is connected in result of change in network configuration.
